Shortcuts For Your BlackBerry Device
I’m going to keep it simple for all you BlackBerry lovers. This is to make our lives simpler.
1. To move the the cursor, roll the trackball
2. To move the cursor in a different direction, hold the alt key and roll the trackball.
3. To exit a screen or dialog box, press the escape button.
4. To sselect an icon or a menu, roll the trackball to select the item and press the trackball.
5. To page up or down in a list hold the ALT key and roll the trackwheel.
6. To move to the top of the screen, press T
7. To move to the bottom of the screen press B
8. To move down a screen, press the SPACE key.
9. To move up a screen, press, press the shift key + space key
10. To move to the next item press N
11. To move to the previous item, press P
12. To delete a selected item, press Backspace/delete key
13. Insert a full stop: Press ‘space’ key twice
14. Capitalize a letter: Hold the letter key until the capitalized version appears
15. Switch to another program: Hold ‘Alt’ key and press’Escape’ button. Continur to hold ‘Alt’ key and select a program, Release’Alt’ key to switch to that program.
16. Reply to a message: Press R
17: Reply to all: Press L
18. Forward message: Press I
19. File highlighted email message: Press I
20. View email address of a contact: Highlight the contact and press Q. To view the display name again, press Q.
