1.Do I need to subsrcribe to BIS to use built in messenger (Yahoo, Google, MSN)

Yes, you do need to susbsribe to BIS to be able to use built in messenger applications.

2. If my bezel or housing is scratched, where can I get a replacement.

You can get it on ebay for about USD 17. Just go to search and type bezel for BlackBerry. Make sure you get the bezel with buttons or else you will have a hard time relacing those buttons.

3. If I do not subscribe to BIS can I still use email services like Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail?

4. I have subscribed to BIS or BES but I still could not use my BIS. What should I do?

You should switch off you device and remove the battery, thereafter put back the battery again and your BIS should be able to work now.

5. Can I remove and edit the signature that goes together with every mail?

Yes you can. Go to your mobile carrier website, log in to your mail at the BlackBerry section, go to existing user, log in to your user name and password, select the email which you would like to edit and click on edit. At the signature section you can edit the signature esg “sent via blackberry” to “sent using BlackBerry via Indosat”

6. I do not want my mails to be pushed to my mail box when I am overseas as I do not want to be charged for roaming. Can I put a stop to this?

Yes you can. Just follow exactly as the steps above but instead of edit select filter.  

7. How do I select a few mails or sms to rather  rather than delete one by one?

Press and hold the shift key and scroll to the mails which you would like to delete. Press the menu key and select delete.

8. How do I go to the top/down of my email or sms without using the trackball or scroller to scroll all the way down or up?

Press “T” to go right to the top and “B” to go right to the bottom.
