hello,
I have been to the website regarding place to repair BB smartphones. I do agree that Maxix and Celcom take a very long time to even respond to enquiries. Wher and how can I locate you?

Hi there,
You can contact me at +6012-2911340. My location is in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. Where is your location?
Need to replace the housing for my 8707v as got few scratches on the sides and on the outer screen too. How much does it cost roughly and how long do you take? If it’s too expensive and/or too long a time, will skip this repair initiative and buy a new one.
Thks
hi,
my friend bought me bold 9000 at singapore this early year and i went to celcom center right away to subscribe the unlimited data and BIS account….but unfortunately the process seems hard to success and lastly i was told by celcom BIS helpdesk that RIM had identified my bold’s PIN and said that it was suspected as a stolen unit (they got stolen report sent by previous owner…what?? i thought my bold was new one…) last thing i know, my bold was permanently disabled by RIM for any Blackberry Internet Services. I tried to create BIS account in http://www.mobileemail.vodafone.com.my but failed – every time i tried, it keep send the response similar with RIM statement…that my device was suspected stolen and bla…bla…
after that, my friend decided to sent it to Low Yatt Plaza to unlock the device. when i got back the device, it had new icon for WAP 2.0 Browser and it surf faster than default Celcom Browser…plus, i can create BIS account in http://www.mobileemail.vodafone.com.my without any problems…i can setup all of my existing e-mail account and i already got the e-mail account for that site (jimanjoekid@mobileemail.vodafone.com.my). but, i still can’t utilize the BIS in my device (push e-mail, bb msgr, etc) because RIM had disabled the services permanently and celcom BB helpdesk won’t entertain my call and e-mail no more.
i notice in Options-Advance options…..this device got Enterprise Activation (this is for BES, right?) and in E-mail Application Setup it only has radio button/option for connection with Enterprise Server..it got here from the first time i got it..and it won’t disappear even when i updated or upgraded to another version of my device software.
so, is there any way that i can use the real BIS with my present handheld…? how to remove all settings that refer to BES in my bold 9000?
thanks in advance.
